Description: Norfolk Land Development Ltd successfully purchased the ‘Old Cemex’ site in Dereham and has transformed the first phase of this site into a retail hub. As part of phase I, NLD obtained planning permission for infrastructure on the site and for a new 15,000 sq ft Aldi supermarket which NLD constructed to a shell specification before Aldi completed their fit out of the store.
