Completed in 2005, the 17 unit shopping centre development is based in Dereham, a market town 15 miles west of Norwich close to the A47.
The scheme, which was developed in partnership with Breckland District Council, includes both national and regional retailers such as Wilkinson, Holland & Barrett, Peacocks and Edinburgh Woollen Mill.
A planning consent for Phase 2 of the development was implemented in November 2010 and discussions are ongoing with potential occupiers. A 240 space surface car park is incorporated into the scheme.
Dereham Shopping Centre is owned and managed by Dencora.
